I am feeling pressure in my legs whenever I stand or walk , Also after feeling pressure in legs I feel dizzy and imbalance. Doctor Diagnosed that I am having vertigo but after taking 1 month course still the issue is not resolved, It's more than 4-5 month facing the legs Pressure and Dizziness issue . also feeling fatigue and muscle pain and sleepy whole day

I have tinnitus with buzzing noise since 1yr now mostly in right ears and vertigo sometimes..doctor gave me chenopodium anthelminticum 30 and causticum 30 for 3 weeks..but buzzing sound went less again returned back mri of brain,neck,temporal bone done all reports normal with sinusitis and spondylitis problems..so doctors who have cured tinnitus permanently plz reply
