Do homeopathy medicine mechanisms of working   is to increase the symptoms at starting? How can I know that homeopathy medicines are effectively working against diseases ?

I'm having homeopathy medicines for alopecia areata, they are plant based. Will the ingredients of baby shampoo interfere with the meds, I've been told to only use dove and sunsilk shampoo but they are a bit harsh. Can I use parachute baby shampoo?
