I have taken homeopathy for piles the problem is I don't have any pain of piles but when I m passing stole it's bleeding and it's external piles so 2 days taking homeopathy medicine but bleeding dint stop pls suggest

Hi, I am under constitutional Homeopathic treatment for gastritis, gerd and fatty liver combined for the mg last 3-4 months. Before that I was in Allopathy treatment. Recently, in the last 6-7 weeks I am facing frequent throat pain and some weird mouth problems like pins & burning. Dentists ruled out as all looks normal and said saliva secretion is less. Is this due to taking Homeopathic pills and medicine? Checking here for a second opinion.
