Taking ignatia amra 200 repeatedly and it's aggrevate? What is the antidote of ignatia amara? Pls reply

I m suffering from depression and anxiety from 7 years. Been to so many allopathy doctors but not find better result but when I try ignatia amara 200 ch it's work like magic my depression and anxiety are gone but i have confusion on doses if I take 4 doses in 4 days than medicine work like charm but as I take another dose than that my all symptoms of depression and anxiety came back and i am on that stage. What to do now?

I have occasional pus cells/hpf detected in my urine.or else my other parameters of my urine routine test is normal...though mu urine culture is yet to come...i am having much urine from few days and feeling very weak..can sir/madam suggest any idea?

I can't hold urine more than 250 ml urine . Urge of urine comes Sudden and very very intense and urine leakage. This problem is since childhood. Now I am 29 years old male. USG, urine c/s result normal. Consulted many classical homeopath who treated constitutionally and miasmatically but no result. I took more than 5 years treatment from various renowned homeopathy doctor in Kolkata, the birth place of homeopathy in India. So, I have to survive whole life by wearing diaper.

Hello sir/madam, My mother suffering from severe foot pain and morning stiffness, bursitis pain since May 2021 .We performed MRI in April 2023 and it was revealed that she has L4-L5 posterior annular tear with diffuse disc bulge .We followed some physiotherapy exercises now morning stiffness is under control but from evening severe foot pain is persistent.
