Whether Lycopodium 200 globules twice a day for 10 days is an effective treatment or any alternatives are available?

Hello doctor, Will the medicine work without the placebo effect?if there is no placebo effect,will the medicine still work?currently my daughter who is 8years old takes the medicines on her own,so obviously she will not have any expectations hence will not have a placebo effect when she is taking the pills/medicines,so will the medicines still work?
