I have fistula pain very much and swelling around the anus since 4 days..but there is no external opening or wound..only swelling is there and it hurts veryuch during any activity or touch..can anybody tell what is it and how to treat. Note-I had fistula and external opening before 4 years and cured by homeopathy but again it can with no wound

I have taken homeopathy treatment for piles the problems is there is no pain for piles but when passing stole it's bleeding daily and it's external piles and from 2 days taking medicine but still bleeding pls suggest
