Facing urine problem from 3 months, slow urine start and slow stream, URL dynamic showing weak bladder, Does homoeopathy has permanent treatment

I have suffering with small pox today is 3rd day and today it's on full intensity. I checked with local homeopathy Dr here . He gave me Bio Combination 14 tablets. In bottle it's written it's for measles . Can this medicine be used to cure smallpox/chickenpox as well. Or it can normally go on its own after a week. I am having body pain and low fever(100) at night for that am taking paracetamol as well.
