Hello Doctors, I am a male 41 years old. Recently I have been suffering from minor urine incontinence. A few drops of urine leaks out unknowingly. This happens while walking and also sometimes when passing gas (farting). I wanted to know what type of incontinence is this. I am suffering from acute heel pain from last 3-4 years. It is very painful when I get down from the bed in morning to walk and gets better after few steps. But after 30 -40 min of standing or working it gets worse again, and the pain won't go for hours after that. I have a spur at the bottom of my heel.
