I have one medium size and 2 small cyst on my scalp, since sept 2023 medicine started with silicia 0/6 and Thuja occ 0/6 and currently power incremented to 0/30 and 0/30 but it is shrinking slowly thats why i am not happy with this progress, can any doctor help me to treat it so that it gets disappeared soon?

I have a dusky skintone but not a dark one, saying this for clarity. My face is in a dusky shade, front side of my body and legs in the same shade, but my hands, back and private area below back is darker. I am not able to wear clothes that even show a little of my back like churidars and blouses because my front side and back side doesnt make any sense.
