Hi Doct, Facing difficulty during ejaculation and my semen volume is very less or nil these days. This is reducing considerably since the past 6months. I used to do masturbation very frequently about 2 times a day earlier and the volume was normal but since about a year I cut down on that habit  to 1-2 in a week since then I have been seeing a decrease in volume and now since last 6m it is even absent at some occasions. I also have mild difficulties in erection and seems weak these days. I did all the blood tests and also a scan on the penis and doct said I have venous leakage affecting my erections. I have done MRI of right shoulder and diagnosed with mild tendinosis. And report says "Altered signal in supraspinatus tendon and superior fibres of subscapularis tendonsuggestive of tendinosis". Because of long working on desk holding mouse for too long this happened. Want to know can this be treated from homeopathy medicine and fully healed and be normal again.
