Please share meds for stomach infection, bloating and acid reflux of stomach . I have been feeling acidity, bloating with stomach flu like condition and cannot sleep at night for past few weeks and not subsiding

I have taken Acidum Phosphoricum 200 CH 50-60 Globules (30 Size) at a time and Selenium 200 CH 50-60 Globules (30 Size) at a time at gap of 4 hours I am feeling a little bit pain and heaviness in my back and weakness. Will it cause any problem in my Prostate or Kidney or any harmful effect on any part of my body?  Should I need to take antidote of these medicines or should I wait to get this aggravation finish by its own? What should I do now?
