Why i get acne , dysidrotic eczema every year plus open pores , dull skin, how can i get cure my skin disease permanently, why i more prone to skin diseases, how to take care of my self internally

I don't have history of irregular period. I was in ovulation induction treatment for last 3 months. Now, period gets disturbed after stopping it. How much time it will take to go away the hormonal pills impact & back to normal cycle? And will the hormonal pill's impact will go away automatically after sometime or to regulate period to normal cycle again I have to go for some treatment ? Please advice.

Hello Sir / Mam I have been facing headache issue since 2016. And i did that time brain ct scan and its written Hyperduse Bilateral MCA. Hi, I am suffering from Vertigo and dizziness since last 2.5 years now. I got all my tests done, doctor diagnosed vestibular migraine. I tried allopathic medications, but I have dizziness, imbalance while walking and vertigo episodes. Is there any cure in homeopathy for this.
