I have issue of venous leak in reports. Best Allopathic treatment  involves surgery. Is there any treatment in homoeopathy which can cure it permanently.if yes wht?

Yesterday I visited a md homeopath doctor in our area. He gives me some granules for my treatment and give acid phos dilution and jebrondi mother tincture. He suggest me take jebrondi mother tincture 20 drop in half cup of water. I am confused can we take jebrondi mother tincture internally or it is external medicine. Is there is any side effects if I take jebrondi mother tincture orally. Please help
