Is there any cure of HIV in homeopathy? Some doctors on Practo app are claiming this. I am not sure about my HIV status since I have not crossed the window period of HIV (90 days)

Hi I have had anxiety and panic attacks from the time i was a teenager. But it was ok for a long period. Now again i have started feeling sad and anxious. Will it be cured with homeopathy and if yes then how long will it take to completely cure it. I have a 2 month old baby boy too. I want to feel better for him.

I have autistic son of 5 years. Whenever I give him homeopathy medicine given by doctor, his symptoms gets aggravation. When I tell this to doctors, they ask to continue medicine. Symptoms remain aggravated even after taking medicine for 2-3 months. I want to consult a doctor who can prescribe LM potency medicine.

I am suffering from hyperhidrosis from last 5 years.I sweat a lot on my palms feet and underarms even though I don't suffer from any other medical condition.sometimes my palms and feet become cold and sometimes very hot.I also sweat in normal conditions.Can homeopathy cure this problem permanently.And if yes how much time will it take to cure.
