Sir From past 5 months feeling pain and swelling(as per me) below chest. Consulted many dctrs ECG, Echo normal, TMT mild + in third stage, MB foung in angiography but dr said it's normal and did mri stress test it is also normal...x ray is normal, liver , kidney and gallbladder is also normal..... Today endoscopy did that also normal... Irregular heart beats, i have bp of 135/90... But from that day to till i can't walk more and climb steps...if i walk more pain in chest will start and feels exhausted... Please guide me sir...🙏🙏

Hi my husband age 33 had left hand pain for last 3 months ...we checked ECG eco cholestrol bp even treadmill test all are come normal...we took this all tests last week ...but his left hand pain didn't go way ...we tried ortho too there r no complaints in ortho...then why he had left hand pain always...pls tell me is anything serious...and there no chest or back or jaw pain ...the only complaints is left hand shoulder pain...pls tell is anything serious?should i worry about it

What are the Sudden Causes of Heart Attack at 20 years ?? Is 20 years of age  a heart Attack is common with normal Cholesterol and ldl level and normal bp ??

Hi doctor i am a smoker around 10 cig daily and drink daily for last 3 years, i did blood tests 8months back it came LDL 135, TG 350, SGPT 60, SGOT 70 Ferritin 550, Lp(a) 165, Doctor advised ECG and Stress echo/TMT Which came normal 8months back, But i feel sudden episode of spinning and as if unable to balance my self, sudden diziness and heavy head while standing, Pain feel in left chest, left elbow and armpit, sometime in left jaw Iam getting heart attack? As my father had heart problem at 45-46 age

Hello Dr. Since one year my heart start to beat very fast, with dry mouth, dizziness and lose of control and after less than one hour i felt normal. Made ecg and eco and holter and everything was normal. Since one month and half i went to a physilogy doctor and got treatment for my panic disorder(escitalopram and clomipramine hydrochloride) felt much better than before but still have some panic attack in a week once or twice, which take only 20-30 min. But since i had this panic attack since a year Suddenly i feel an electric shock and a sense like squeezing arround my chesht and stomach, is this nornal or happened because of this anxiety ? I got X ray for my chesht and it was normal, liver also normal. Please help.
