Problem: My father has hypertention and Cholestrol problem. What's done/Current situation ? He has done 24 hr holter test which came normal, ECG which reads bradycardia. Doctor then prescribed statin medication, and bp medicine. Again During recheckup TMT was done, where doctor found some problem so he prescribed Kimet xl 25. It been 3 months he is having Kimet in addition to his bp and Cholestrol medicine. I sometimes check his bp which reads diastolic pressure Near 60 or sometimes Low or sometimes it's 70 and systolic between 130-110. Im also taking care of his diet like using canola oil, fatless chicken breast, etc. Query: So is there anything i have to be careful specifically because i sometimes find his bp diastolic readings Low.

Hello dr.; I am having symptoms of right sided heart failure like peripheral edema, liver pain, severe shortness of breath upon exertion and increase in edema upon exertion. My 2D Echo is Normal. LVEF is 60%. (But Right atrial or ventricular function is not mentioned.) Nt-Pro-BNP is also normal viz; 27 pg/ml. But still symptoms are there and i am unable to do my daily routine life activities. Should i test for ANP(Atrial Natriuretic Peptide)? Can ANP test rule out heart failure? Or can a person has heart failure despite all normal reports?

I was having neckpain right cartoidartery region from january24 did Doppler on February 24 neckpain it is not constant severe i would have sharp pain for twodays again after some oneweek period its coming back from two days i am having severe pain near circle of wills region Its stabbing is this connected to that doctor suffering from anxiety issues or this pain is due to my anxiety is this anything to worry
