Prolonged P wave finding in ecg .please clarify its seriousness and further actions or diagnosis for this condition

I experienced a sudden flash sensation (not a pain) at my left side (between chest and underarm). It feels like a lightning happens in the sky. At the time of flash sensations happened, i feel nervous for few seconds and he heartbeat increase moderately.. After 1 or 2 minutes, i became normal.. Why this happened to me without any reason...? Also a muscle pounding sensations happened in overall body parts.. please advise doctors..

I have done ecg and attached please check I done it bez I got chest holding so I done 3 weeks before I done echo and tmt was one month before ... please check it

I done with stress echo, report is normal So can i suppose i dont have angina pain Or which test 100% diagnose angina ?

Hello doctors. I am getting high pulse post 1 month of covid recovery. I have an history of tachycardia. I take metpure xl 50 to manage my symptoms. So is it something to worry about or will it settle within few days ? Don't have all time high pulse but i get tensed due to it. Pulse range 100-120.

I had visited ER as my bp shot up to 160/90 I never had bp and I am taking my bp since 3 days at home my highest is 133/90 my echo,kft done 6 months ago was normal should I repeat the tests. And does ECG show any abnormality.i also get anxious sometimes can anxiety affect Bp.
