Hello Sir/Madam, I am working in a used based company timing 6:30 pm to 3:30am due to this my life style is changed. Can I do normal exercises after gradually stopping my medication of beta blockers? Will it cause any harm to my body? I was prescribed beta blockers for my anxiety symptom which was heart palpitations.
