MVP with mild mitral regurgitation
I am 25 years old, having difficulty in breathing in breathing for past 6 months, i have received done 2D echo and it shows mitral valve prolapse with mild mitral regurgitation with type 1 diastolic, how severe is this and will it become severe in next few years ?

No it is not severe & mostly it wont progress Just get annual echocardiography
