  4. Swelling in leg. Kindly guide!

Sir/ma'am My father aged 68 is diabetic and has a problem of swelling in legs from past 20 days. He also feels cold in swelling area in leg. His creatinine,urea , kidney report is all normal. I have attached report of 2 d echo and swelling part for your reference. Kindly guide
