My grandfather had undergone angiogram and angioplasty procedures 10 year back. He has BP, diabetes, asthma, gastric, urinary bladder problems. He is a very active person. He cooks, washes clothes and all other household works. Sometimes he is very worried abt taking 10-15 tabs every day/death? Is he healthy? Thank eU

Vo2 max 16.1 only
During my stress test it was revealed that my vo2 max is only 16.1 instead of 30+, and met 4.7 instead of 10+. Test is -ve for induced ischemia though. How to set right these parameters? I am advised panchkarma.Is it a solution?Any other quick fix?

High blood pressure
I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure since very young age. I have been taking medicines for last 6 years now. My BP readings show generally 130/90.
