High blood pressure
I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure since very young age. I have been taking medicines for last 6 years now. My BP readings show generally 130/90. I am just 29 and don't want to take medicines regularly. I am otherwise a fit guy who does physical activity etc like any normal person. Any solution ?
