Does doing cardio related exercises reduce the nicotine content accumulated in the lungs of a smoker? If yes, does it dissolve into the blood? If so, how harmful is it to the heart? Is there a considerable amount of reduction or is it very negligible? Any suggestions to remain healthy for a smoker?

ILD Infective rtiology ?
Bilateral apical pluearal thickening seen with few tiny fibrocalcific opacities in right upper zone.
Actually above is doctor's remark after my chest x-ray. His impression is Finding suggestion of ild infective etiology.
