Less blood
I have less blood in the body. What should i do to gain blood in the body(pure blood). What should i eat. N what should i not eat. I dnt drink i dnt smoke n never did it in my life.

Hi Considering your history of low blood as low hemoglobin... Red meat , poultary  and insects- and Non-heme sources do contain iron, though it has reduced bioavailability. Examples are lentils , beans , leafy vegetables, fortified bread, and fortified breakfast cereals are also good for anaemia.
