ILD Infective rtiology ?
Bilateral apical pluearal thickening seen with few tiny fibrocalcific opacities in right upper zone. Actually above is doctor's remark after my chest x-ray. His impression is Finding suggestion of ild infective etiology. Pls. advise me further on this with detail.
