If stress is the question what is the remedy and is their any high risk. heart attack risk. what i have to take eat and drink.

I work in steel company were dust is common and I smoke 1-2 cigg daily. I am suffering from breathing problems can't take full breath and having pain in chest. And feels uneasy anxiety during which my heart beat increases and I feel non energetic having sleep disorder at night. And also vibration in hands and muscles.

Since last 4 months, I'm having palpitations and transient jerks for 2 to 3 seconds in my chest which occurs every now & then but theres no fixed time when this jerk happens. Feel very awkward when this jerk occurs. I feel as if my heart has stopped for those seconds. I exercise regularly. But I dont feel any pain in my chest. My ECG, 2D ECHO, HOLTER ECG all reports are normal. I want to know the following:- 1. If I'm a patient having any cardiac blockage. 2. If these jerks are signs and symptoms of possibility of cardiac arrest or any other serious cardiac diseases. 3. If none of the above, then what is causing these transient jerks and palpitations in my chest?

From Last one month my wife's Blood Pressure is 145/110.Today fasting blood sugar was also 129. Last year she had all lab test done which were normal.

Hello Doc, I've pricking pain in the chest. It is not very intense. I experience this when I'm walking on treadmill or climbing stairs. I'm 24/25 years old. Last week I consulted doctor for discomfort in chest, and it was said because of Acid reflux. Please advise. I also had pressure in neck and shoulders. It lasted only for few minutes.

I feel stress on my heart and sometimes jerks and also depression. i am continously feeling stress and i have done eco as well as haulter 24 hours both are normal.

My baby is now 4 month old has bulmonary atresia with VSD by birth. One BT shunt surgery Right side has been done. Now doctor is saying two open heart surgeries will be operated in 4 year & 14 yrs for pulmonary artery VSD correction. Please confirm other solution or atleast one correction in single operation.

My Mother is suffering from High Blood Pressure for 30 years but recently her blood pressure is not controlled , She is taking Telma 40 (Mor) -(ARB) and Metwell XL50 (Mor -Eve) (Beta Blocking) I read online that she should be given Calcium Channel Blocker(CCB) and Thiazide Diuretics (TD) .Can You Suggest me some good CCB and TD Medicine in India .

Sir I have chest pain sometimes should I take treadmill test or ecg. Recently I checked for and am diabetic. Am not taking any medicines for diabetes
