It started with a bad episode of acidity, regurgitation, burning sensation in mid chest after meals( date 5 March).i walk 1-1.5 km daily in evening, started having pain in upper chest wall and back while walking(date 9 March ), it got fine after rest.no pain during day time daily chores like sweeping ,picking up buckets .The pain episode in evening were followed by flatulence and bowel movement ( minimum once on all days) . After 4-5 days pain episode(,one episode of severe throat pain while walking occured)  went away just the heaviness in chest remained.took pudin Hara and carbonated drink.heaviness went away but back pain still remains. No discomfort during morning brisk walk ,daily chores or on stairs.but flatulence burping and bowel movement in evening persists.had racing heart attack twice with a gap of 3 days ( 11 and 14 March).Vit d level 8 ,b12 -100, in Dec 22.took supplemens for 3 months..no supplements now

Hello respected doctors , my Bpm at rest used to be 84+ i suffered from fever, sinusitis, runny nose and cold , nose block ... from 1 st march to 18 march... total 18 days .. from yesterday my Bpm at rest is 72-74 .. why my resting BPM decreased from 84+ to 72-74?.. .. ki .. is this Mayocarditis? and got it because i suffered from viral fever and cold from 15 days back? .. i don't have any other symptoms and pains and no existing family problems and any other health problems . . i did skipping for 10 mins today... it reached to 160 bpm and when i stopped and checked after a minute it went to 120...... 40 beats recovery in a minute ...

Does BP fluctuations are normal during the day? If I take it now it will be 140/90 ( like i have come from one room to another and just take it)  but after resting for 10-15 mins if i take it will be 130/78. Is it normal to have such fluctuations? Thank you

Hello doc, My dad is suffering from cad,dm, hypertension He is on medications currently. But currently while walking he is facing breathlessness and vomiting in the evening. Is it currently emergency to consult or can it be delayed until next 15 days?

By mistake my wife have taken Amlodipina 5mg but is not on any medication should I worry about it. Generally her bp remains normal and she didn't take ant medicine.

I have discomfort in left side and arm to shoulder. I had all test done ECG,ECHO and TMT all is normal. LDL and triglycerides are high and hypertension medicine is going on Telma AMH and bisporol 2.5 mg . Udicare300 for grade 2 for fatty liver. This problem start in December 2023. I had gallbladder surgery in September 2023. Before that all things were normal. What is the cause of this discomfort despite all test normal. ??? It causes me real anxiety and feeling that I can die any minute.

Hi I am 48 male having intermittent hypertension for the last 13 years. I mean I experienced high BP only when some difficult situations arrived ( mostly business related ). My BP goes in the range of 135 -140 and 85 - 90. In bad situation it becomes 150/95. I take Tellzy 20 and BP comes to 120/80 within 2 days, then I continue the medicine for some time and then stop. I keep on checking my BP and whenever I finds it at higher levels I start taking the Tellzy 20. Can I continue this way......... Note - my height is 5'7" and weight 70 kg. I do walk and exercises 4 to 5 days in a week My blood reports are OK except some numbers are out of range in Lipid profile. Pl suggest should I take Tellzy 20 regular or should I stop it and try to control naturally. Or can I take only when BP readings are high.
