Hi,
My overall cholesterol is 194.9 mg/dl but LDL is 152.5 mg/dl. Do I need to start medication for cholesterol?

Chest feels tight
Hi
Few days back I saw an accident, from then I feel my chest bit tight in the centre.when I bend or do physical activity I feel it clearly. Exactly in middle of chest may be near heart.

Hlo.. my doc told me there are u waves in this ecg which are sometimes abnormal.. he refered me for an echo which came out to be normal. I want to know ur opinion on this ecg.. my doc also said that u shud go for holter to detect arrythmia.. kindly provide a second opinion

High Cholesterol 240
I'm male Age:37, height: 171, Weight: 70 Recently done a health check in that
total cholesterol is 240 with
LDL 164, HDL: 38, VLDL: 38, Triglycerides:189 and total cholesterol/hdl is 6.3..
values are high... do I need to go on medication or diet and exercise will help as of now going only 30-40 mins walk daily

Mitral Valve Prolapse
It is found that a male had peak gradient 2.3 mitral two years back.After taking beta blocker for 2 years it is peak gradient is 1.84 but in ecocardiograpjy mital valve myxomatous aml tip coaptation prolapse.The heart rate is 55.I want to know that it danger?Any suggestion?
