  4. BP 145/80 after medications. Advice.

BP 145/80 after medications
I have been on treatment for hypertension from past one year with telmisartan 40mg and amlodipine 5mg [ one tablet in morning per day] but still my systolic is higher than what is ideal of around 120/80. Please advice.
