BP 145/80 is it high?

Hello Hearty Greetings! For last 3 days I was having sweat palm so I thought of checking BP which came 145/80 is it high? Moreover 3 months back I did full body checkup from Diabetes, thyroid, LP, LFT and others everything came normal. Please guide Thanks in advance

The systolic BP is high. No need to start on medication. Follow lifestyle changes like Dietband exercise. Please monitor your BP three times a day for 4 days continuously and consult.
