Is 145-165 BP everyday normal?
Hi Doctor, After recovering from Corona from over a month now, why is my regularly-monitored BP spiked up between 145-165? I am following a strict diet regime and do walking twice a day for 30-40 mins. Can there be any underlying health issue or is it normal for high BP patients to have the same range every day literally. Plz guide.

No this BP is not acceptable. Even if you follow healthy lifestyle, high BP is a genetic problem so you will need medicines in addition to control this BP
