I am suffering from high anxiety . Regular panic attacks without any reason . Heart rate goes up to 150 . Bp 130/90- 130/105 . Doctor prescribed met xl 25 and plancid plus and has concluded that its anxiety.Still having lot of anxiety and sweating while sleeping . Attaching my ecg also. Please suggest something

I am feeling twitching in my left arm sometimes which comes and goes and I'm worried whether it is heart related or what. I am very worried. Last night I thought i am fainting in sleep and had to struggle to wake up. I am always having these heart related thoughts in mind. Underwent ecg, echo tmt as well. Ejection fraction is 60 and tmt is normal. Please help

Hello doctor I'm having buring in left side of chest and small small pains in between, there is no pain while walking, this is happening mostly in upper left chest, also im having white sticky mucus, please tell me why is it happening I'm feeling scared, I've did 2d echo in march 2023 it was normal

Since lockdown Im suffering from severe anxiety about my health and during 2021 took full body check up, all came normal. After that I continued with some mild symptoms then and there. Recently Im suffering from high amount of heart related anxiety due to an incident. Now all time Im checking my pulse using oximeter and due to which my heartbeat increases and feeling some muscle twitches, pin point pains, deep breath sharp chest pain and some times random hand pains. This all happens only when Im at rest and not when I walk or do any activity. I dont have any breathing problem. I feel only this anxiety and restlessness since 10 days.
