Sudden increase in heartrate

Hi, I am a mother of a 2 year old toddler, am a housewife.u This evening while I was cleaning the utensils I got a sudden increase in heart rate and heaviness in the middle of the chest. This happened for a minute. I am still feeling slight heaviness in the left part of the chest and feeling tensed. Kindly explain the reason for this.

Diagnosed with Afib RVR last year and was put on Cordarone 100 , 1-0-1 , prolomet XL 50 1-0-0 and Eliquis 2.5 1-0-1 for two months and stopped in October . Since there was a Afib incidence again the medicines were started March 15 this year same quantities and is being continued . Last two days had a nagging headaches in the evening and checked the night blood pressure shoots up to 170-180 and the next day when checked it comes under 135/80 readings . No symptoms, Normal walking and other activities no palpitation etc but it was showing Afib on the app. Can I increase the dosage of Prolomet50 or take Prolomet 25 in the night additional or take amlong 5 mg or other BP tablets in the evening till my doctor returns in June. Since my doctor is unavailable posted for opinion and suggestions.

Hi sir/ madam              I am 30 years old smoker, non diabetic and non hypertensive suffering from chest pain since March 2022 , I did number of ecgs , echos, trop I s and tmts  which were normal so I took muscle relaxants and anti deprssents there is no subsidence in pain, even after ct coronary angiography I did ECG,echo,trop i and tmt which again came normal but am still am having severe pain in chest and back so today I did again ECG, so please tell me about my ECG and about my problem Please help me

Sudden rise in blood pressure

My mother is a 60+ working women. She is animatic, and having high thyroid and also taking iron supplement and thyroid medication daily, now her hemoglobin is 9.6. and she is also suffering from Asthma and also taking inhaler daily. For some 2 months she is experiencing sudden rise in her blood pressure. First day suddenly she felt uneasy and after that checked her blood pressure through electronic bp checker. It was near about 185/120. She taked amlodac 5 without doctor's consultation. After that in the next morning she went to doctor for checkup but at that time her bp was 120/67, doctor suggest her to measure bp regularly but he didn't prescribed any medicine. After that near about every 3-4 days interval she is experiencing sudden rise of blood pressure then now she is taking amlodac 2.5 regularly but after that also she is experiencing sudden rise in blood pressure and acid reflux and gastric problems and also sometimes associated with shortness of breathing. Please help us.
