Sir ,when I am going to check my check my BP (BIOOD PRESURE) suddenly my plus become increase that to 130 .But when I am in home or other man measure my plus rate show 89. Can any prescribes medicine?

My average blood pressure reading remains around 155-91 I use to take Amlodipine 5 mg on SOS basis Should I start taking one tab daily.

I am experiencing symptoms like mild chest pain, severe shortness of breath, severe dizziness and near fainting, irregular heartbeats etc. my invasive coronary angiography is normal, 2D Echo is normal, NT - Pro BNP is normal. I have metabolic syndrome. Why I am experiencing such symptoms? Can anyone help? What should I do? I am not in condition to exercise and try for weight loss in this situation.

I can run moderately for 10/15 mins without getting tired and my bpm goes up to 107/108 and in 2 mins it falls to 76/80 bpm and my resting heart rate is 58-66 .. is it a healthy sign?
