Holter test
Hi
My 16 year old niece has been diagnised with Lupus just 1 month back.though all her test reports till now are showing improvement recently her pulse rate is fluctuating but blood pressure is ok. Pulse rate varies between 82 to 120. She has been advised to go for Holter test she has already got a good report of ecocardiogram. Esr is showing high at 28 and Anaemia is shwing as her hemoglobin is 9.8 , improved in a month from 8.1.
My question is:
What does Holter test find out?

Holter is ECG monitoring showing heart rate fluctuations and any arrhythmias (hear rate abnormalities)
