I'm suffering daily left chest pain more then 1 year  pain coming in rest time not comes pain while walking Im daily walked 2 km in a day one years so many heart test done like ecg, echo, tmt, ct angio, lipid all are normal why comes long years left chest pain and stomach upper side paining and upper  left side why pain for long days every test coming normal any reason plz help me doctor

My father who is 63 year old having pain on right side of chest even facing issue while walking he feels pain Consulted cardiologist got echo and ecg there is minor defect in that...Got Tropin I test thT is normal Is there still need to do engiography Sharing reports of same Is it necessary to insert stunt Please guide He is not agree to do the same
