Sometimes I take so much stress of something,after that suddenly I am feeling heaviness in my heart along with pain in left arm.How it can be cured?

Dear doctor I have gone through a TMT test and my doctor is  saying the blockage begins, I have high lipid and take medicine roseday f10 twice in a week . I don't have any chest pain . Attached the reports .

I am having a mild discomfort in my chest for the last 20 days which lasts for a few seconds and goes away while walking I have consulted a doctor and she has advised me to take Sompraz D for 15 days and I am taking the same. I have previous history of Cervical Spondylitis and GERD and also took vitamin D tablet Zakson CD3 for 6 months in year 2022 end and also took Baga NT for a month for nerve issues in July 2022. Shall I start taking Zakson CD3 again as it's almost one year since I left taking vitamin D tablets. My BP and ECG came out normal.

Hello doctor, I'm getting chest pain on left side it's almost from 2 years which is mild and comes and goes along with that I get neck pain (lower head) which goes to left arm , shoulder till fingers. Sometimes I feel nauseated and shortness of breath. I did full body checkup along with ECG , TMT , it all came out normal but I have thyroid issue. Since 2 days I'm feeling tightness in the chest when I stretch the body, and I feel pain when I press specific area in chest. I would like to know what exactly the issue I'm facing.

There is pain in leg ,generalized pain, no change on walking, after 6 months of pci of father,why is it?

Even if my BP is mildly elevated, it makes me feel uneasy and restless. I'm not sure if the symptoms are happening because of high BP or other reason. I do take bp medicine since many months... earlier, the BP used to go quite high even on omron...
