Hello doc, I am telma H tablet alternate day by doctor. Today when I went ho hospital was 150/84 and heart rate 102 when I came home and checked it was 126/72 and heart rate 74.Doctor told it is normal but I was concerned with high systoloic number. Please respond.

I am physically active and can do any activity with less effort.... my resting bpm is 58-66 is it normal ?

Hello, I am angioplasty done in June 22 No any heart issues after that. Taking deplatt A75 at night and cardivas 3.125 twice daily. I have checked heart performance in Feb 24 by ECO and ECG. It's working fine and hence cardiologist doctor has reduced above medicines from Deplatt CV and cardivas 6.25 to half. My problem is related to indigestion and bloating. Have to go for 2-3 time for stool pass. Is it due to deplatt A75 medicine side effect and how to reduce the side effects of this, if it is so? Also I am doing daily walking 22min followed by ,7-10min cardio exercise and followed by pushups, squats and small weight lifting+meditation. Is it good for heart to do so? Please guide.
