When i go in the state of wakefulness to sleep i sometimes experience sudden jerks in chest . This doesn't happen normally only while sleep . Is it normal? What to do for better sleep i take tea before bed. Should i be worried? Or its normal

Is there any easy test that can detect you may get a heart attack in future..so that one can start changing their lifestyles .

I have a stress echo tomorrow. I want to know can I take my bp medicine- losartan 50 mg and ciplar 50 mg before the test? I read that these meds shud be avoided on test day but in my case my bp n heart rate will shoot up too much if i go withoit them for the test and the results might be not accurate than. Also, I have a sedentary lifestyle so the chances of heart rate shooting up are high when I will walk on Treadmil. Can I consume these medicines tomorrow morning before I go for the test?

He has some heart enlarging feelings while sleeping. Suddenly he woke up and felt so stressed for a min. After getting some air he feels so relaxed.. for that he consulted a doctor and took ECG, ECHO ,cholesterol test. Everything shows normal . ECG shows normal sinus rhythm and the doctor said his heart is beating one time extra like jerking in echo test. So he suggested to take bisobis 2.5mg tablet. What's the causes of jerk ivs?

Hi sir am 29 years old suffering from chest pain from 22 months,I took number of ECGs and did number of echos and tmt but it didn't satisfy me so I went for ct angiography which showed technically satisfactory study but also am having pain even after ct angiography I underwent ECGs and echos all are normal but still am having pain so I took another ECG which showed borderline ECG so please tell me about my pain and ECG

I have cold sensation on my left chest + when I exercise it is gone and when I sleep it comes back again same with my shoulder pain I sometimes have weird pain in shoulder when resting and goes when exercising I have done my ecg and echo it is normal I used to have discomfort near chest too doctor said me that the muscles near chest are streched (or may be musculoskeletal pain) cholesterol test were also okay but ldl was 149
