Girl of 9 years old problem of breathing when over exhaust if doing skeating . She face breathing attack for 5 to 10 min. She is not able to breathe but afterwards she is ok . My question is is she has problem of lungs or cardiac. My pediatrician suggest me go for Eco of heart. If you suggest me what to do.

My bp is in between 130/80 to 150/90 ,it's high in the morning and comperatively low in the eve.
