Chest pain and 2-3 day se chest me thoda sa Sujan sa h...kabhi high pain or Kahi low pain hota h chest me..

Hi. I am feeling some pain in upper part of my chest, especially just below the collar bone. The pain is mild. If I press chest, then feel relieved. Please advise. Thank you.

I have quetion about heart rate.my normal heart rate was 82 bpm . But now days it is 95 to 100 bpm. I am preparing for exam n i am really tensed about my heart rate. In gym while doing cardio for 10 min it touches 200 bpm i dont feel any pain but i am worried about it.
