Recently my father has accut chest pain with jaw pain and after that he was going to get the treatment in the hospital and doctor diagnosed CAD with COPD AND ADVICE TAB. NITOCONTIN 2.6 MG AND RAZEL GOLD , DILZEM 90 MG , spirodyn 650 mg so i want to know how many time these medicines to be taken

I did chest x-ray Following reports Both lungs fields are clear . Prominent marking seen. Both girls are Normal , no lymphadenopathy seen. Cp angles clear . Soft tissues and bony thorax normal

I get blood clots on ma legs and stays for almost a week.The clot turns blackish as well.No external pressures applied for the clot cause.The clot does not hurt until I press the surrounding areas hard.Also after syringe removal( in case of blood donation and drips) the clot stays for almost 10days. My father age 61. We have done yearly total health checkup of him on 2nd Sept-17. BP found was 126/80. Left VENTRICLE is normal in size, with mild LVH and with normal contractility. Impressions of report were: Mild LVH; Normal LV Funtion.LVEF-65%; No LV Diastolic Dysfunction; Normal Valves. He currently takes 1 tablet/day in morning to control High BP. All other tests are normal. Please advice us severity of report impressions and what should we do next?
