Heart Problems & Remedies

Since yesterday, got a chest pain. Sometimes could not breath properly. Please suggest any solution. This is the first time having chest pain

Chest pain from last 4 year nearly only 4 or 5 times. Day before yesterday i have i hard chest pain pain was from afternoon and in evening 8pm pain was out off control . Breathing problem while breathing pain occur , chest pain and heartbeat was fast . Blood pressure was 160 .. ecg report was normal when i went to check up .. whats was the issue

I've been a heart pain last does days and know also have been pain too much on my heart left hand and neck.. Nobody at home plz suggest me I can't breath properly.. Plz suggest me what can I do know.

I am having this pain in the left chest and left back since few months.The last ECG was OK.Chest x ray revealed clear lungs.

A month before i had chest pain..i went to cardiac but dr cudnt find anything..just my cholesterol was high..so went for all test..even had my echocardiogram and that was normal But now again im having pain on my left chest on heart side when i lie down..else i dont have any pain And i walk almost three hours daily but no pain when im walking..
