High acidity in chest. Shortness of breath. Sometimes pain in both site of chest.chest heaviness.ECG done.Normal result.No cholesterol and no BP.

Yesterday my ECG showed 58 bpm...should I be worried about it? I suffer from anxiety too. It started off as palpitations but by the time I went n had the ECG done it revealed a slower heart rate. I did an ECHO last Saturday which was normal. TMT was done in April which showed normal results and no significant arrhythmia. What should I do?

A few months ago I started noticing that I often feel weak and sleepy, also my pulse is always 50 bpm or so (it can reach 40 when I lay still). Hi Dr Shyam, I am a regular athlete (National Level Table Tennis Player). But I have been under Nexito 10mg for the last 3 years due to anxiety issues. For the past 2 months or so I am feeling an extra beat when my heart rate goes up to 180. I was adviced TMT and 24 hours holter ecg. TMT is normal. But I have vitamin D deficiency. But after seeing the holter report the doctor told that I have Type 2 and Type 1 2nd degree AV block and I need a pacemaker to be implanted. I am just 22. It's scaring the hell out of me. I have had echos and ecgs earlier, it was negative. Even I had 24 hours holter 6 years back. It was negative too.
