My echocardiography final impression says "Grade I LV diastolic dysfunction,Trace AR". What does it mean?

Patient feel restless and having headache too. ECG is not normal. Heartbeat is not normal sometimes high sometimes low.

I feel of excessive sweating for the last 1 year or so.  Even while doing a minor/medium physical activity,  my vest is fully soaked.  Sometime even while sleeping at midnight in AC room I feel sweating around my neck or upper body areas  especially which face downwards towards the bedding.  Stress ECO was done last year, everything normal, Cholesterol level - total 174,LDL /VLDL- 109/17,HDL - 48 blood sugar fasting 100,BP 85/125. What could be possible causes. I am thinking of getting CT Coronary Angiography to rule out possible blockage of arteries. Pl suggest

I became short of breath first time after lunch. Last year I had stents placed In artery. I am 72 years old. I am healthy otherwise. My BP is o.k. I am not diabatic

I am having a needling pain in my left chest last 15 days. It pains more in morning. Please let me know what can it be and is it serious. I dont have any other symptomps

I have tested for blood ciund, sugar, lipid profile, thytoid urine and vit panel. The test shows more or less noemal range except vit d 25 hydroxy and lipid profile. My vit d 25 hydroxy is 32. Cholesterol is 206, triglycerides 337, hdl 35 ldl 103.5 vldl 67.5. Whether I shoold consult a physician or cardiologist. What precautions and medicine should i take to lower lipid profile and higher vit d 25 hydroxy

In ECG, I have been diagnosed RBBB. Three times I have fainted,sweating, breathlessness during span of 3 years. Normally it happens while standing. Is it urgent for going for any operation or inserting stent for Right bundle branch . Any medicine will do. I am 67 years old and my physician already prescribed hypertensive medicines since a decade which I am taking.At present no cholesterol,lipid ( all in order) with med.no diabetes is there.Apart from this I have sciatica problem in right leg.

Hi My name is AKSHAY KSHATRIYA I am 29 years old, 2 years ago I was suffering from lots of problem s like unusual heartbeat, headache, trouble in breathing & my doctor told me that I had high blood pressure. After that I started his medication In that he gave me a pill which is called PROLOMET XL 25. about 4 to 5 months I took it and my BP was showing normal. So I stopped the medication. Now after that I haven't taken any madication & I am facing headache problem so I got Check my BP and it's showing 180/120 So what should I do? Because my previous doctor changed his clinic to another city & in my area there is no other doctor like him. So please help me Suggest me the medication so I can maintain my BP normal.

Ache in chest happen due to tension some times which is very unbearable at the moment
