My father is 66 yo. he had angioplasty at the age of 61 when two artery was blocked 80-90%. now, after 5 years, he had undergone angiogram once again, not beause he was having any pain, just beacuse the doctor suggested angiogram every 5 years. now the angiogram shows 30-35% blockage in one artery. the doctor who have done the angiogram suggested ballon surgery, not immediately, but after some months. However, the doctor who have previously operated my father said with this much blocage, no surgery is needed. only medicine will do. what should i fo, is 30-35% blocage is a concern??

I have done every reports like ECG, Echo, tnt,renal Doppler and many more reports(all the reports are normal) but then also the pain or pressure on my chest in not going, I have type 2 diabetes and hypertension also, recently diagnosed in December 2023, Please suggest what to do..

From last 3 months I have left side chest pain and heaviness and feel dizziness all the time. The heaviness remain whole day and also increases in stressful conditions. I also got panic attacks due to this tension. Ecg done 10-15 times and Echo done 2 times.Sometimes ecg show LVH but doctors say normal.Even Coronary ct angiography is done and normal. But pain is still there. Even when I expand My Chest it hurts on left side. My weight is also get reduced to 3-4 kg. Please help.

Hi, My father was having some swelling face on 15 march so we did the cbc, Ift and kft test in which creatine was 2.1 and blood was 7.5 then we got the treatement from nephorogist and we did test after 1 month now creatnine is 1.2 and blood is 11.45, But my father still having weakens and breatlesness sometime, My father also on 2017 got one cardiac attack in which he got two blockage 75 and 100 but after some time dr stopped medicine of blockage and i did test for 2d echod and exray please suggest is there anythinh serius or we need surgey
