What to do in case of heart attack
If a heart attack or stroke comes , which hospital to go to? . 1)Nearby emergency care (nowadays every hospital claims they have emergency care)for emergency treatment and then transfer to true mutli speciality big hospital or 2) direct big hospital with surgery and critical care facilities but distance 12 km.?

Go to Near by hospital with emergency care take primary treatment then move to higher hospital
Because traval will cause loss of golden hour treatment....
