Hello please guide me my ecg and echo is normal went for the tmt not doctor prescribed but today i go for tmt and for two minutes there running type walking but my heart beat increase so they slow down here is my two minutes ecg please check and tell me what do i next Symptoms like chest pain sometimes both side numbness in left hand and neck pain also

Been a smoker on & off for the past 10 years. But finally decided to quit. It's been two days of not smoking, I have experienced some symptoms which are freaking me out . Occasional vibrations in the left side of the chest, shortness of breath on exertion and lot of anxiety.

Hello Doctor, My mother got her regular annual checkup and her Lipoprotein a is 97 and Hs Crp is 3. LDL is 147, Total cholesterol 215. Apolipoprotein A1 and B are normal. Lp-Pla is normal. She is not on any medication. Pls advise what can be done. Does this show any risk for cardiac issues ? If so what can be done to prevent it. Thanks in advance.
