Hi I am 48 male having intermittent hypertension for the last 13 years. I mean I experienced high BP only when some difficult situations arrived ( mostly business related ). My BP goes in the range of 135 -140 and 85 - 90. In bad situation it becomes 150/95. I take Tellzy 20 and BP comes to 120/80 within 2 days, then I continue the medicine for some time and then stop. I keep on checking my BP and whenever I finds it at higher levels I start taking the Tellzy 20. Can I continue this way......... Note - my height is 5'7" and weight 70 kg. I do walk and exercises 4 to 5 days in a week My blood reports are OK except some numbers are out of range in Lipid profile. Pl suggest should I take Tellzy 20 regular or should I stop it and try to control naturally. Or can I take only when BP readings are high.

Hello, I am 36 years old and I went for an echo test yesterday. My doctor says nothing to worry about and prescribed PAN 40 but I still have confusion in the test report. I have attached my echo test report for your reference. Please check and let me know whether the report is normal. I feel my heart pulse near my throat and I am taking serlift 50 mg for depression. Angina like pain in the left chest and tingling sensation in the left arm. Attaching the ECG report. Is it a serious thing? Please advise.

Hello I had pain in upper middle abdominal pain it is mild but sometimes it will be severe like in night also I don't feel pain while walking means it is not increase when j climb 5 floors I feel little bit heartbeat increase and breath heavily so I go for ecg and echo test which are the normal also they did troponin test all are normal show to the doctor also they sad it is because gas and acidity and then they will give tablets for stomach pain and acidity then my stomach is normal after 1 month again I have pain in middle upper abdominal pain and also two hands and legs are paining so I did again ecg but it is normal because of I have legs pain and little bit fatigue in tmt I go for a one center but they sad your BP is increase and I have little bit fatigue I not able to do so also in previo5i have mild anemia should I go for anu other test of heart related should I have angina problem what should I do

Hi am having chest pain from past two years I underwent number of ECGs,echos,and tmts but am not satisfied so I underwent ct coronary angiography which showed normal coronaries with 0 calcium score,but still am having and again I underwent ECGs and echos and tmt but no improvement in pain so again I took ECG which is showing sinus tachycardia otherwise normal ECG, am worried of it please tell me about my ECG and what will be the reason of my pain??

I am 29 year old Male and I did a blood test recently because I am facing depression and fatigue and brain fog. I have a lot of things abnormal and especially have high sensitivity C-Reactive Protein(HS-CRP) value as 17.74 mg/L which as per the report is way above normal. I need a doctor's opinion on this.

I am 34 and since 2 years I am facing headache issue and seen many dr and they used to give migrain tablets. But recently 7 month back I did my full body check up in tat my blood reports was normal. In echo scan it was mild concertric lvh and distolic dysfunction. Nd dr said I have jp and started bp tablet . And taking telma h 40 mg. Some times I will be ok without any headache dizzy like 3days if I am ok other 1week I will struggle with headache feelin dizzying pl let me no is it becoz of heart issue and bp I am getting headache . I don't no wat to do . Wen I check bp it's 130/80
