Heart Problems & Remedies

3 months ago I had undergone an Angioplasty procedure with 4 stent. From last two months I'm having pulsating one sided headache accompanied with eye heaviness, weakness, dizziness which continues for hours and make it difficult to walk. I had done follow up few weeks ago and had done ECG, ECHO, Holter test, troponin I as well as highly sensitive troponin along with some blood test all of these reports came NORMAL except T4 with was 18. Even my diet is controlled which is mostly vegetarian and low fat. What could be the possible reason for these Symptoms? Is it migraine related or vitamin deficiency? Please guide.

Hi today when I woke up I feel severe chest pain in middle of chest its radiating to left back , at that time I drink water after one minute that pain was gone , and I consulted the cardiologist recently he done , ECG,2D ECO, and troponin I  all are normal eventhough ,why I got that much pain what is the problem plz advice and which doctor I should consult to cure this pain .                         Thank you

Plz see my echo- i have been having discomfort in chest, upper back, shoulder, upper abdomen. Feel twisting of inner organs as if someone has set on fire.. fast heart rate and fatigue- i decided to get echo done to rule heart.. Plz check report I have had stomach issues in past- endoscopy in jan showed mild gastritis.. and my diet has been all junk

I have gastric and acidity almost every time now a days. I had done ecg echo tmt and blood test this month and every thing came normal. Even cholesterol is okay. But sometimes i get skipped beats and i feel that heart has stopped beating. I have anxiety regarding heart issue and keep on measuring pulse everytime. Family has fed up and isn't allowing me to do any further test. Is test mandatory or everything is normal? Pl guide. I can run easily upto 1 km. Did tmt for 12 minutes and with mets of 13.5
