Acitrom 2mg side effects with Amifru tab

My Aunt is a heart patient, she under went bypass surgery and taking medicines like Acitrom 2mg. When the doctor prescribed this Acitrom, he advised that taking any other medicines along with Acitrom may have serious side effects. Now, for her leg pain, another doctor advised to take Amifru 40mg tablet. I wanna know is there any side effects if Acitrom 2mg and Amifru 40mg taken together?
