In my gym physiotherapist tested my pulse rate she said it is 65 only and after treadmill run it is 80 only which is below normal level and asked me to have a ECG... Is that pulse rate normal or any problem

I am 33 yrs old Male and recently got an ECG done. It says sinus tachycardia, RBBB and inferior wall ischaemia. What does it mean ? What am i supposed to do ? Is it a very serious condition ?

My bp in increase 140/100 Lipid profile is normal Thyroid is normal Ecg is normal Sugar is normal But bp is incresing so can I start medication Or chage life style Pls suggest
