Hello, I am suffering from high BP and hypertension since last 1.5 years , parents are also suffering from same, taking Telma 40 and amlodac , along with rosuvas ..got a sedentary lifestyle and doing night shifts. I feel pain on the right side of chest and the pain is excruciating and i feel bloated . I feel jaw pain and when i empty my bowels pain decreases . Its not always but mostly it occurs when i lie or sit . Pain generally happens at night. Is it angina or some digestive problem
