Hello Sir, my ECG is normal but sometimes I feel pain in chest like someone has pinch in heart, pain in jaws and uncomfortable during night and I smoke regularly 4 cigs from 10 years? Do I have any heart disease?

If TMT is positive, does that mean there is some problems related to the heart?

Can angioplasty be carried on a diabetic patient? Having long segment 80-90% lesion in LCx?

I reported high BP 165/100 for a fortnight, nothing reflected in my investigations lipid profile, LFT, KFT, urine, BS (F /pp), ecg. I have been prescribed amlodipine 5/od and my BP is under control now. Would I be able to get off medication, I consider myself too young to be dependent on medication at this age ie 42.Pl advise.
