Born Dec 31, 2001 Gender: M Kidney op when I was 9 (kinked ureter , swollen kidney) Diagnosed w/ "Apical Trabeculations" (heart tissue is spongy?) Pulmonary edema, EF=30. What treatment ?

My Grandfather has been identified with pulmonary Edema, EF - 30 today morning. They say his condition is critical ( In ICU ) . Can you please tell us how bad it is and treatments that should be offered.Please advice me. Thanks. History : At chennai. His age is 70.
