Doctor had advised me to get the stress test and 2D ECHO done.. Attaching my reports. Pls give me guidance as to what could be the daigonoses from the report. I have indigestion and pain in chest due to it. Is this a cardiac problem of something else?

Hi. I am having lil bit anxiety issues now a days. I get nervous easily. My ecg report is attached here. It's of may. Doctor said I was having anxiety disorder. My pulse rate is most of the time around 90 . Pressure 110-112 /75-80 around. I still have palpitations sometimes and that time I really get nervous and tensed. I can't concentrate on other things that time. Just check my report.
