I am feeling in comfort in my lungs also a slight pain in chest when I am walking fast or running and my lungs are not feeling well bit irritated always

My father is diagnosed with severe MR ( heart valve ) and presently on medicines telma-xx and ecosprin Av. Pls advise how serious is this problem and what are the possible treatments available considering his age of 66 years.

I'm 20 years old and I'm suffering from Hypertension since 26 December 2017 when I have checked with my family physician it was 180/100 he said because u are anxious it can be normal and after 30 min it came 160/80 and after 2 hour it was 140/90 and ecg revealed Sinus Tachycardia around 120-125 beats as I was having occipital headache very badly then doctor had started Met Xl 50 he further send me to a Cardiologist my lipid, usg, thyroid, renal profile, 2d echo done by cardiologist himself all came normal and he has prescribed Betacard AM once a day in night after taking this my BP is 140/90 in his clinic and pulse is 65-72 most importantly I have got rid of my headache. But my renal Doppler is showing high PSV in renal artery and my cardiologist want me to undergo Renal Angiography and after this I am hesitating to visit him but i am continuing his medicine. Should I undergo Renal Angiography according to my cardiologist or CT Renal Angio according to Nephrologist??

2D ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY REPORT : Aortic Ann. - 24Mm, Left Atrium-41MM, Rt Ventr- 16Mm, LVID (d)- 60Mm, LVID(s)43 Mm, LVEF-35%, IVS (d)- 12Mm, LVPW(d) - 12Mm, EPSS - 18MM, E/e’ 60/4=15 Dilated LA & LV. Inferior & posterior wall Global hypokinesia. Moderate LVVO. Moderate LV systolic dysfunction. Other cardiac chambers are normal. All cardiac valve are normal in structure. There is Trivial AR, TR, MR. No Pulmonary Hypertension. IAS, IVS Intact no coarctation No/PDA . Grade III diastolic dysfunction.
