pulmonary valvar stenosis is blockage of pulmonary valve . Pulmonary artery arises from heart and supply blood to lungs , so basically because of blockage blood is going with difficulty into lungs. It will not cause any symptom to child unless if right heart fails Your child has severe stenosis but asymptomatic and so have only murmur. If gradient across pulmonary valve is more than 60 mm Hg, it will require balloon dilatation . Its very safe procedure and long term prognosis is very good
Next Steps
Visit some pediatric cardiologist And as its severe Get balloon dilatation done
